Ralph A. Marcus, CPA, MBA
I am a tax accountant with over 20+ years of experience in the preparation and filing of all types of tax returns. My practice also encompasses advising clients on entity selection, navigating clients through IRS audits and settling tax debt with the IRS. I have the expertise and know-how to identify and assess audit risks and counsel clients on how to eliminate or reduce them.
Born and raised in Yonkers, New York, I am a Certified Public Accountant and earned an MBA degree from Pace University-Lubin School of Business in New York City. I was employed for many years with a Fortune 500 medical device manufacturer where I held several key managerial positions in tax and corporate accounting. A corporate takeover provided me with the opportunity to venture out and start my own tax practice and I have been doing so successfully ever since.
I am a full-time resident living in Bonita Springs with my wife and two children who attend Estero High School. I enjoy staying physically active with as much outdoor exercise as possible in our SW Florida heat and humidity. I am an avid reader and have a framed quote on my office wall by Judge Learned Hand…..taxes are enforced exactions, not voluntary contributions…nobody owes any public duty to pay more than the law demands.
